the wedding, bbq, and race are over so i am back to my scrapbooking. i think i am going to enjoy scrapping this next trip. it was a canoe trip with mom, dad, and mark to maligne lake. loads of fun and we saw some pretty spectacular things as well as doing the same (maybe i will post those scrapbook pages as i go).

wedding present

i had loads of fun making mark's sister's wedding present. she is moving to guelph right after the wedding and since i figured that they would be getting many things off the registry, why not get them a date box. so my quest began. i bought a box at homesense and filled it with little (hopefully) packable items. then i scrapbooked envelopes and put in gift cards for the potential dates that her and her now husband can go on. loads of fun and an easy crafty idea.

so i have been busy scrapping the last two days. i enjoy this spread but i must say...i really loathe glitter. it makes the product pretty but it is so darn messy. i have it all over my pants, table, paper...sigh. he he he

enjoy the spread. i had fun making it! AND BONUS: i am almost done this hiking trip. just one more left...and then on to something new! :)
